Wonderful New York Manuscript Deed, Nov. 1, 1796

Description

A large and very attractive New York State manuscript deed between David Dickison of Ontario County and john Allen of Bath in the County of Steuben for a tract of land in Steuben County, dated November 1, 1796.  Approximately 13 1/2" x 16 1/2" in size, it has been folded and will be shipped that way.  My scanner will not handle such large documents so I have scanned it in sections.
