    This pulley kit has been CNC machined in the USA from a solid bar to ensure that it is balanced and runs perfectly true. We then hand polish each part to a mirror finish so that it really makes your engine stand out from the crowd.
    Don't spend hundreds or thousands of dollars building your engine and then throw an out of round pulley on the front of the crankshaft!  Our billet aluminum pulleys reduce weight, increase horsepower and are balanced better than any chrome or steel pulley on the market.

Aluminum vs. Chrome Steel: There are a lot of cheap chrome pulleys out there from Taiwan and China but if you are serious about building a high performance engine you should only consider billet aluminum. Chrome pulleys start out as a flat hockey puck of steel that is then rolled and pressed multiple times into the correct shape. This process is very cost effective but the end product is a part that isn't very well balanced. Chrome is also prone to slipping belts because the finish is actually too smooth and there is very little grip. Our aluminum pulleys that are CNC machined in the USA from a solid piece of aluminum to ensure nearly perfect balance. We also avoid polishing the inside of the grooves so that you get great belt traction.
