Shining Stars plush toys were designed by Russ Berrie and at one time had a website called www.shiningstars.com that was associated with the plush toy, similar to the Webkinz. However, Russ Berrie no longer operates the website, and it is no longer in operation. These are well made quality plush toys, and are becoming highly collectible.
