Rare Antique White Roof Climbing French Faience Cat. Condition is "Used". Shipped with insured USPS Priority Mail. The cat is in excellent condition with no body damage and beautiful faience white glaze with three flea bites on right ear (see picture) and a long curly tail. Stunning green glass eyes. Because of fine details, may have been made by famous French potter Bavent. The cat is in crouching position and body is highly sculpted. The cat has a holding hole in the bottom for hanging from tree or roof. Cat measures approximately 16 - 17 in from tail tip to nose and measures approximately 5 in. tall. Beautiful display piece.
