RARE 1796 Wake County NORTH CAROLINA Land Deed.
Original 18th-century North Carolina handwritten manuscript document.  The seller was Thomas ELLIOTT the buyer was William EMBRY.  Delicate condition.  Old fold lines with some separation along those lines and at least part of it is detached, though still complete.  A really nice document and piece of North Carolina history!
