A wonderful American Colonial Era Document, a partially printed deed from Pembroke, Rockingham County, New Hampshire dated February 9, 1773 "in the 13th Year of his Majesty's Reign" (King George III).  Stephen Bartlett sells go Richard Bartlett property in Pembroke for "Forty five pounds Lawfull money".  The deed is witnessed by Aaron Whittemore and Nathan Noyes.  Noyes  was a Revolutionary War soldier with the New Hampshire Militia.  Approximately 7 3/4" x 12 1/2" in size.  Has been folded and will be shipped that way.
