The Montauk Project was alleged to be a series of secret United States government projects conducted at Camp Hero or Montauk Air Force Station on Montauk, Long Island for the purpose of developing psychological warfare techniques and exotic research including time travel. Jacques Vallée describes allegations of the Montauk Project as an outgrowth of stories about the Philadelphia Experiment.
Conspiracy theories about the Montauk Project have circulated since the early 1980s. According to astrophysicist and UFO researcher Jacques Vallée, the Montauk Experiment stories seem to have originated with the account of Preston Nichols, who claimed to have recovered repressed memories of his own involvement.
There is no definitive version of the Montauk Project narrative, but the most common accounts describe it as an extension or a continuation of the Philadelphia Experiment, alleged to have taken place in 1943. According to proponents, the Philadelphia Experiment supposedly aimed to render the USS Eldridge invisible to radar detection with disastrous results. Surviving researchers from the Philadelphia Experiment met in 1952-1953 with the aim of continuing their earlier work on manipulating the "electromagnetic shielding" that had been used to make the USS Eldridge invisible to radar and to the naked eye, and they wished to investigate the possible military applications of magnetic field manipulation as a means of psychological warfare.
Common versions of the tale have the researchers' initial proposals rebuffed by the United States Congress due to fears over the potential dangers of the research. Instead, the researchers bypassed Congress and received support from the Department of Defense, after promising the development of a weapon that could instantly trigger psychotic symptoms. The conspiracy theory relates that the funding came from a large cache of Nazi gold found in a train by U.S. soldiers near the Swiss border in France. Proponents allege that the train was destroyed, and all the soldiers involved in the discovery were killed as part of a coverup.
After funding was in place, work allegedly began at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on Long Island, New York under the name of the "Phoenix Project", but the project soon required a large and advanced radar dish. The United States Air Force had a decommissioned base at Montauk, New York, not far from BNL, which had a complete SAGE radar installation. The site was large and remote, with Montauk Point not yet a tourist attraction. Water access supposedly allowed equipment to be moved in and out undetected. Key to the Montauk Project allegations, the SAGE radar worked on a frequency of 400 MHz - 425 MHz, providing access to the range of 410 MHz - 420 MHz signals said by theory proponents to influence the human mind.
However, Montauk Air Force Station remained in operation until 1981. The site was opened to the public on September 18, 2002 as Camp Hero State Park. The radar tower has been placed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. There are plans for a museum and interpretive center, focusing on World War II and Cold War-era history.
In 1943, the USS Eldridge, was rendered invisible in the Philadelphia Naval Yard, then teleported instantly to Norfolk, Virginia and back. This technological breakthrough was achieved at such horrific human cost — crewmen missing or gone insane, dead sailors fused into bulkheads — that authorities deep-sixed the experiment. Or so goes the legend. The files on this CD-ROM will allow you to examine this tallest of seaman's tales and learn how real anti-submarine technology led to talk of disappearing ships.
This project may have incorporated Einstein's Unified Field Theory, and made use of rotating magnetic fields and torsion physics, working with spirals of space itself, he explained. Such technology could be at use in a secret space program, that runs parallel to NASA.
It also involves the work of Morris Jessup, the letters of Carlos Allende, and the curiously annotated 'Varo' edition Jessup's book. The Varo edition suggested that the technology which made the USS Eldridge invisible in the Philadelphia Experiment was also involved in ancient cosmic wars. According to ancient texts, such wars might have played out 3.2 million years ago when a planet was exploded in our solar system. The pyramid at Giza could have been used as a kind of hyperdimensional weapon to blow up a planet-sized object.
This information is for those who want to pursue and know the truth. Sometimes, finding the truth becomes elusive. There are many out there who do not want you to know the truth about these projects. Use your own judgment. Keep an open yet discerning mind.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. A non-paying buyer dispute will be automatically opened if payment is not received within four days of purchase. If payment is not received within four days from opening the dispute the non-paying buyer dispute will be closed and the buyer gets a non-paying buyer strike. Shipping
The stated handling time for orders is 7 days from receiving a cleared payment. In most cases orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. The reason for the 5 day handling time is because I have developed neurological issues that flare frome time to time and it takes me longer to fullfill orders. eBay penalizes me for late shipping so I have adjusted the domestic handling time to 7 days to stay out of trouble with them.
Shipping days are the days our carriers accept shipments. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays taken by our carriers are
not
considered shipping days.

DOCUMENT FILES
Most of the document files on our digital library disks are .pdf files which require free Adobe reader. You can download the free Adobe reader from the internet Some are djvu format which also requires a free reader which can also be downloaded free on the internet.
MULTIMEDIA FILES
Multimedia files come in many varieties and can be problematic at times. This is often due to a codec issue. Multimedia codec packs are available for free download on the internet. A Google search will lead you right to them. Many times all that is needed is for the file extension to be associated with your media player. We are not aware of any issues with Macs, we have satisfied customers who are using our disks on Macs. For flv (flash video) files, the Sothink player is excellent and can be downloaded for free from the internet.

I know this seems absurd, but it happened once and the buyer subjected me to feedback extortion, so I feel I must state it explicitly. While we guarantee our digital libraries, we cannot configure your computer for you. We are willing to assist you with

difficulties you may have with our disks.
HOW OUR DISKS WORK
When you insert one of our disks in your computer's disk drive, if the autoplay function is engaged, it will automatically open to a web page that is on the disk itself,
not
on the internet.
Our disks
do not
install any software on your computer.

To access the disk's contents, click the "CLICK HERE" button and you will be able to browse folders and files on the disk from your web browser. If you do not have autoplay engaged on your computer, you can get to the disks' contents by opening the disk in a file manager and then opening the "Disk Contents" folder.
