This is a true vintage Disney rarity: a studio issued lithograph - NOT a repro - a one-sided lithograph, created by Disney Studios. The studio produced many fan cards in the 1940s, 50s and 60s which were sent in response to fan letters sent to the studio. These fan cards were produced using deep, rich colors and were printed on high quality paper, and are highly prized by collectors.
