    Description

    An Ipswich, Massachusetts colonial era deed clearly dated August 13, 1787, by which Priscilla Dodge, Single Woman, transfers property to Nathaniel Dodge.  She is listed as a Single Woman as the property was granted to her by her children, and she does not have a husband to protest dower rights.  Approximately 13" x 8" in size, excellent condition except for fold lines.
