    Description

    Two documents attached concerning an apparent legal case that was held before a tribunal in Antwerp and signed by John Parker who was then consular general for the U.S.
    These are original historic documents, and not facsimiles. The cover letter measures approximately 7 x 9", the bifolium attached is 13.5 x 9.5", printed on heavy rag paper with some creasing to prior folds, edgewear, otherwise in very good condition. Please see the photographs provided.
