Jacob Burley debt of 12 £ paid in bonds to Sam Adams of  town of Durham.....This signature is QUITE CLEARLY NOT the famous patriot Sam Adams.....but still a neat little colonial document. It does have folds as seen in photos. Measures about 7 1/2 inches long.
