Be sure they are EU or European sizes and not British as they are smaller.The length of the shoe from the end of the toe to end of the heel is approximately 9 5/8". I do not exchange or accept return of shoes. however we have had only 1 customer to complain that they were too small....its your choice. We have shipped to France, Italy, Canada and England as well as US and it has gone very well. These shoes are beautiful and very good quality. They look like very expensive Italian leather shoes but have Leather inner soles only. The brand is "Bunad" which is norwegian design from Norway. The heel is practical. There is an elastic band behind the buckle allowing for a bit of "stretch" in width, otherwise they are simply standard width.

These are brand new leather shoes made by Klaveness, Norway Our daughter wears size 5-5.5 and they fit her perfectly.
