1993 release
SUPER RARE ROLLED AND NEVER FOLDED
VERY FINE-NEAR MINT CONDITION. Never displayed, No pin holes or tape
THERE IS NO YELLOWING, IT IS STILL AS BRIGHT AS THE DAY IT WAS PRINTED, THERE IS A LOT OF MISINFORMATION BEING SPREAD AROUND THE INTERNET ABOUT POSTERS, ONE IS THAT A POSTER YELLOWS IF IT IS OLD, THE POSTERS DO NOT YELLOW IF THEY ARE NOT EXPOSED TO LIGHT, SMOKE OR MOISTURE
1ST ISSUE THEATER RELEASE 27x40 , IT IS 2 SIDED, THE BACK SIDE IS A REVERSE IMAGE, THIS IS FOR BACK LIGHTING THE POSTER.
Each poster is individually numbered by Disney for their printing records. Most of the time the numbere is crossed out, The numbers are intact on this poster
The item can be won immediately with the buy it now feature, contact me with any questions
Theaters were given several items for display. 8x10 and 11x14 lobby cards, b/w photos, 14x36 "inserts", 22x28 "1/2 sheet", "1 sheet" posters originally 27x41 and currently 27x40, 30x40, 40x60, 41x81 etc. The decision as to what was purchased was made by, the manager, owner, regional manager of a chain of theaters etc. Free items from the studio had no cut and dry rule either.
THERE MAY BE A FLASH GLARE IN THE PICTURE.ANY FLAW THAT IS IN THE ITEM IS TINY. I AM NOT TRYING TO HIDE ANYTHING WITH A BAD PHOTO :-). MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED,
I AM A WELL KNOWN POSTER DEALER, I HAVE SOLD MOVIE POSTERS FULL TIME SINCE 1980, I HAVE BOUGHT AND SOLD IN BULK DURING THAT TIME, I HAVE BOUGHT AND SOLD TO MANY CELEBRITYS AS WELL AS THE GRUNTS BEHIND THE SCENES. I HAVE BEEN CONSULTANT TO TELEVISION, RADIO AND MAGAZINE REGARDING MOVIE MEMORABILIA
1ST THEATER RELEASE
THIS IS THE ORIGINAL RELEASE, ALL NATIONAL SCREEN SERVICE (NSS)NUMBERS AND INFO IS ON THE POSTER, THIS POSTER WAS PRINTED FOR THE NATIONAL SCREEN SERVICE UNDER CONTRACT BY THEIR PRINTER TO BE DISPLAYED AT THEATERS AS ADVERTISEMENT, THIS IS NOT A REPRINT, REISSUE, RESTRIKE OR REANYTHING. IF YOU WANT TO INDULGE IN SOME INTERNET CONSPIRACY ABOUT POSTERS, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY THIS POSTER. MOVIE PAPER COLLECTING IS NOT A NEW PHENOMENON THAT JUST HAPPENED SINCE EBAY CAME INTO EXISTANCE. I HAVE COLLECTED THIS ITEM AND 1000'S OF OTHERS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS FROM SEVERAL SOURCES SINCE 1980. I HAVE BOUGHT AND SOLD THOUSANDS OF POSTERS DURING THAT TIME
THIS ITEM CAME FROM MY RETAIL STORES INVENTORY, I CLOSED MY LAST STORE IN MARIN COUNTY CA. IN 1999. PRIOR TO EBAY'S ARRIVAL THERE WERE VERY FEW FULL TIME MOVIE PAPER DEALERS IN THE U.S. AND EVEN LESS THAT HANDLED PRIMARILY CURRENT TITLES, (1970 & LATER). THE FEW OF US THERE WERE BOUGHT, SOLD AND TRADED WITH EACH OTHER. HOWEVER, OUR SALES WERE ISOLATED TO OUR STORES OR IF WE TRAVELED TO ANTIQUE SHOWS AND COLLECTORS EVENTS. COLLECTIONS WOULD COME IN FROM THE PUBLIC TO MY LOCATION BECAUSE THEY HAD NO WHERE ELSE TO SELL THEM. I BOUGHT POSTERS IN SMALL AND LARGE AMOUNTS, 1 TO 1000 COPYS AND MORE.
FOR EXAMPLE, IN 1984, I LEFT ONE THEATER WITH 23 SUITCASES FULL OF 68 LBS OF POSTERS IN EACH ONE. 70LBS WAS THE WEIGHT LIMIT TO GET ON A PLANE. I PAID MORE FOR THE EXTRA LUGGAGE THAN I DID THE POSTERS. THE JAMES BOND POSTERS ALONE SOLD FOR MORE THAN ,000 IN 1998.
IN THE LATE 1970'S AND EARLY 1980'S POSTERS WERE STILL AVAILABLE TO BE BOUGHT DIRECT FROM NATIONAL SCREEN SERVICE. I BOUGHT SOME TO SELL AS FAST AS I COULD, HOWEVER, I COULD HAVE BOUGHT POSTERS THAT WOULD BE WORTH MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AT TODAYS PRICES FOR- EACH. AT THE TIME THERE WASN'T ENOUGH BUYERS TO SELL TO AND KEEP A CASH FLOW. FOR EXAMPLE, I COULD BUY A REBEL WITHOUT A CAUSE FOR AND WAIT 6 MONTHS TO SELL IT FOR 0 OR BUY 20 STAR WARS POSTERS AND SELL THEM IN A MONTH FOR 0.
COLLECTIONS CAME TO ME WHILE WORKING ANTIQUE SHOWS IN THE MALLS IN THE 1980'S. SEVERAL STUDIO AND PRINTER EMPLOYEES BROUGHT ME POSTERS WHILE I WORKED THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA MALLS. ONE INTERESTING THING IS THAT THE VIDEO STORES IN THE EARLY 1980'S WERE GETTING ORIGINAL POSTERS WITH THEIR TAPE ORDERS. THOSE USUALLY HAD THE EXTRA FOLD.
IN THE EARLY 1990'S MY STORE IN MARIN BROUGHT IN MORE POSTERS THAN I WILL EVER BE ABLE TO SELL.
I HAVE BOUGHT OUT REGIONAL WAREHOUSES BOTH IN DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN LOCATIONS
I COULD TELL STORIES FOR DAYS LIKE THIS, HOWEVER, NOT EVERYBODY WANTS TO HEAR THEM :-). I HAVE NOT TOLD MY HISTORY BEFORE BECAUSE IT SEEMED LIKE BRAGGING TO ME, HOWEVER, THERE ARE SO MANY RIDICULOUS RUMORS GOING UNCHECKED ON THE INTERNET, AS WELL AS INTENTIONAL FRAUD I HAVE LAID SOME OF MY CREDENTIALS OUT FOR CUSTOMERS TO KNOW WHO THEY ARE DEALING WITH. IF MY AUCTION SAYS ORIGINAL, THEN IT IS ORIGINAL. I HAVE NOT BUILT A BUSINESS SINCE 1980 ON BEING DISHONEST. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH AN ITEM, I HAVE A NO QUESTIONS ASKED, FULL REFUND POLICY. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BIDS
IF THE PICTURE DOESNT SHOW!, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

I am an honest businessman, I put my name address and phone number on every auction since I joined Ebay in 1997, I have been that accessible since 1980 when I opened as a retail business,
Ebay now requires me to add the following statement before my contact information. It has taken me over 100 hours to add it to all my items. They will not tell me why it needs to be added. However, I think that an honest business should have an accessible way to be contacted by mail, phone, email or a knock on the door :-) They feel they must protect someone by having me say
