    Description

    A Colonial era manuscript deed between Lot Spaulding and his wife Esther of Pelham, Province of New Hampshire and Nathanial Butterfield, brother of Esther Spaulding, to settle the estate of their father, also named Nathanial Butterfield, of Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, dated the Seventh Day of February in the Fifteenth year of His Majesty's Reign A.D. 1775.  Approximately 6" x 10 1/2" in size.  Signed by Lot Spaulding and his wife (by mark), with wax seals next to each name.
