    Very interesting and early land sale document between Josiah Sartelle of Groton MA (Seller) and Thomas Lawrence of Pepperell MA. I believe this was land perhaps bordering Groton that became Pepperell after the sale. It reffefrence family botrders and names. Its in very nice antique conbdition as detailed above and measures 7.5 x 7". Please see photo's for more details.
