AUTHENTIC NORWEGIAN OSLO BUNAD 2 Pieces FROM NORWAY
Made of soft wool blend. Model is size 40.
830S silver purse lock included!

This is a lovely light blue Oslo Bunad designed as 2 pieces, a long bodice vest which tucks inside the skirt which has a wide waistband stiffened to act as a belt. I have shown it tucked inside so It appears as a one piece with belt but is 2 separate pieces for comfort. Hand embroidery in traditional colors of the wonderful wild flowers of Norway. Also included is a hand embroidered purse with norwegian silver plate fastener.
Pre owned in excellent condition.
Approximate measurements: As it is now without alteration this bunad suits a small waist with larger bust.- but the bust can be taken in on the sides. Removing bust darts not recommended as lines will show.
Vest Waist: 28.5-29" Just under the bust darts, then it flares out a little, maybe 1.5-2" more at the bottom.

: 18" = Bust 36-38 and can be mores as the vest is not closed except at the waist.
Vest: Neck to waist:16.5", total length from shoulder at neck to hem is 18".
Skirt length: 36-37"
