    Parchment Land Deed for a parcel of land in Flatlands Brooklyn N.Y.  For a sum of 84 pounds currant lawful money

    Between Godfred Hynes and Margret his wife of
    Flatlands, taylor, and John Murphy of New Utrecht,
    weaver, the
    property in Flatlands bounded
    Southerly by land of Hendrick Johnson, Easterly by land
    of James Hubbard , Northerly by land of Thomas Elsworth ,
    Westward by the highway, about 5 acres.
