    Description

    T
hese are 3 vintage full page Sunday Weekly comic pages from 1935. They feature Mickey Mouse and other characters from Silly Symphony-a musical short film series from 1929-1939 made by Walt Disney Productions. Each of them also has Lucky Bucks Play Money with one of the pages having them on both sides. There is light edge and corner wear and these look to be in pretty remarkable condition for their age. There is some tanning of the paper which is typical of aged paper. It is mainly along the edges and the colors remain nice.
From left to right, the first page in photos 1-7 has 2 comic stories. The top has Ambrose Kitten with Dirty Bill and the following one has Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and The Twins. At the very bottom there is an ad/mailing form for The Boys' and Girls' Newspaper. The flip side has comic story The Four Aces by Hal Forrest and there are 3 Play Money
    Lucky Bucks
at the bottom. This page is in very good condition with 2 tiny tears-one ~2mm on the left side and one ~5mm on the right (front view).
The middle page starts with a comic with the characters Gingerbread and Devil Cake. The next one has Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Pluto with a brief appearance of Minnie Mouse. The flip side is again by Hal Forrest and features Tommy Tailspin and a "How to Fly" segment. Both sides have Lucky Bucks at the bottom so if cut out both sides would have characters. There is one ~1/2" tear on the right side but still this page is in really good shape. Each page is approx. 15" long by 11" wide.
The last page also starts out with Gingerbread and Devil Cake, followed by a comic with Mickey & Minnie Mouse with Goofy. At the bottom is an ad/order form for Parker Quink. The flip side again depicts The Four Aces and Tommy Tailspin by Hal Forrest with 3 Lucky Bucks at the bottom. Condition is also very good with no tears to note.
