This Deed or indenture is dated October 27, 1864 and is between Morgan G. Pill, Gentleman of City of Philadelphia and his wife, Elisabeth H. Young, wife of Warren L. Young for property on 17th Street of Philadelphia, PA.
There is revenue stamp and seals attached. Item is easily legible, no major tearing, has wear at folds and edges, with some discoloration, soiling due to age. See photos.
Measures approx. 18 1/2 x 24 1/2".
