This for a 1794 Connecticut Chelsea Lottery - Class Second Ticket from Norwich, Connecticut.
Notation on reverse that "this ticket belongs equally between (2 people) from North Branford"
This lottery ticket is nicely printed in black ink on laid period paper.  Extra Fine with a small pin hole in center, see pictures.
Signed and numbered in red by Joseph Perkins, Manager. Apparently a canceled Winning Ticket as it has been noted with “6 Dolls” .
