    Description

Up for sale is an Early Antique American Deed Document From the Commonwealth of Massachusetts -September 24, 1782. The document pertains to the men of the Brown family, signed by Jacob Brown, William Brown, and Ephraim Brown.
It specified that the 5 acres in question belonged to William Brown (the third) and Richard Brown, and were located southeast of land belonging to Robert Anable, west of land belonging to Oliver Appleton, north of the River Easterly. It then says that “also, Benjamin Patch is to have a right to go through the above land to his.”
The deed is then mentioned to be passed to Jacob Brown (William’s son) and his heirs.
What’s super amazing is that by the date at the bottom, it says “in the seventh year of independence of the United States of America.”
These documents are 100% authentic and are in great condition as they have been preserved in a glass frame.
    Frame measures 14.5 x 21.5 inches
