1777 REVOLUTIONARY DOCUMENT RI govenor Signed , Nicholas Cooke. This letter appoints John weight(John waight) as mayor. This is one of several documents i got from this storage of this family history . John weight (waight) was a man noted for serving in the revolutionary war. Nicholas Cooke signed the bottom right as well as one of his men. They miss spelled his name . I have several documents also for sale on my eBay and auction . As well as the rest of the ephemera from this entire archive from a very historical family . John Waite is one of the most famous silver smiths of American history . The last two photos is history of his silver smithness. And the last is a signature from another document for sale.
I do not want to take out of the glass it’s in for shipping . But if you have a better idea of how i can ship it without touching it or damaging it and taking out of glass please inform me. This is how i found them .
