1760 Huntington, Long Island, NY deed - sale of a salt meadow to Jacob Kirbe

1760 Huntington, Long Island, NY deed for the sale of a salt meadow from the blacksmith Jacobus Vannorstre to Jacob Kirbe (also Kirby) and Willets Kirbe. It's signed by Vannorstre and by two witnesses, Peter Colyer and Teodorus Calijer (I'm not sure of the spelling of this name). This deed was found in the attic of a house on Long Island and is in pretty good condition for its age, with age toning, stains, creases and tears.
