Folded into eights and separated on two panels with more separation at the edge and a tear through one panel.
In the upper left "Lunenburg County Mar 29th 1749."
A map of 400 acres with "A" to "E" posts and the lines of thee streams.
Text as follows:
Survey for William Lidderdale of this County 400 acres of land on the Branches of Bluestone creek and bounded as follows (viz): Beginning at his own old corner on a branch, thence along his acorn old lines from:
A to B   N. 85 W 126 Poles to his corner Pine in [William] Byrd's line thence along Byrd's line.
B to C   S. 33 W. 250 Poles to a Pine
C to D  S. 6 W 94 Poles to a Pine
D to E  S 25 E 120 Poles to a small Black Jack, thence to a new line
E to A  N 27 E 333 Poles to the first station, 1/3 Plan table 2/3 Barren.
