1657 Original Marriage Certificate Document Paper Scroll In Frame 17th Century

This listing is for a rare document from 1657; I believe it is a marriage certificate based on what I can decipher. This original antique paper is a handwritten contract with signatures on the back. The piece is sealed in a frame; I am assuming the document is fragile, I've never removed it from the frame. The actual certificate measures approximately 26x24" and the frame measures 36x32".
